Nothing that I didn't like.

The hospitality was great, the staff was kind and professional, and the food was outstanding. The private bath and public bath were amazing. The location was convenient and close to main bus stops for easy transportation. the quiet atmosphere made it feel very relaxing and exclusive.

The onsen wasn't as spectacular as expected. Plus, getting to the hotel uphill with many luggage items could be tiring.

The location was great as it was near the top hot springs. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were very helpful with any questions or requests we had.

The bed was not comfortable and there were no extra pillows or blankets. The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. We also found the bathroom to be outdated, with outdated fixtures that were starting to rust.

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff were professional, attentive and always ready to assist us from the moment we arrived until we left. The food was absolutely lovely, with a wide variety of dishes that were beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed the family onsen facilities, which were one of the best and most user-friendly we have come across. The room itself was incredibly spacious, with our own private onsen and all the amenities we could ask for. The outdoor onsen was also a great addition. Moreover, the hotel's location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the major scenic places in the area.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. Staff was very helpful, and they welcomed us with excellent customer service. The room was spacious, with both indoor and outdoor baths. We enjoyed the kaiseki dinners and traditional Japanese breakfast. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with a family bath, beautiful garden, and nearby attractions.
